pu9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pu9 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pu9 website at pu9.club and all related services, games, promotions, and features offered through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the pu9 platform.

By accessing, registering, or continuing to use the pu9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pu9 platform.

To be eligible to register and use pu9, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering voluntarily for your own personal entertainment and are not doing so on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current or former employee of pu9 or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or partner entities.
• You have not previously been excluded from pu9 or had an account closed by pu9 for violating these Terms.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you accept that risk voluntarily.

pu9 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. If a player cannot provide satisfactory verification that they are 21 years of age or older, pu9 will suspend or close the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation. Winnings accumulated during any period in which a player did not meet the age eligibility requirement are forfeited.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the pu9 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through proxy registration — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must register using your own legal name and a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control.
• You must not share your pu9 account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.
• You must notify pu9 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.
• pu9 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, or proof of address.

pu9 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that account activity is in violation of these Terms, any applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to the integrity of the platform. Players with suspended accounts may contact support to appeal a decision.

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the pu9 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your pu9 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity and ownership verification. pu9 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• pu9 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This may include a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad app showing the registered number.
• Funds deposited through suspected fraud, chargebacks, or reversed transactions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances pending investigation.
• pu9 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside pu9's control.

All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pu9 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any funds originating from unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be permanently closed.

pu9 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window specified on the offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the offer. Using a bonus on an ineligible game category may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One bonus per player per promotion period, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• pu9 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or modify a bonus if it has reason to believe the bonus is being abused, claimed through a duplicate account, or obtained through fraudulent means.

pu9 is under no obligation to offer any particular bonus or promotion at any time. All promotional offers are discretionary and may be withdrawn, modified, or extended without notice. Players who believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly should contact support within 48 hours of the relevant transaction.

All games available on the pu9 platform are provided by third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and other certified providers. Each game operates according to its own ruleset established by the provider. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

The following additional fair play rules apply to all pu9 games:

• Bets placed and accepted by the platform are final. Errors in bet placement that are attributable to the player do not entitle the player to a refund.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game session, pu9 will endeavour to restore the session to its state immediately prior to the interruption. If this is not possible, any wagered amounts that were in play at the time of the malfunction will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Progressive jackpots and feature-specific prizes are governed by the individual game provider's rules. pu9 is not the operator of the jackpot pool and cannot influence jackpot outcomes.

pu9 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits — Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum on the amount you can deposit into your pu9 account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders — Set an alert to notify you after a defined period of continuous play. This tool is designed to help you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing your pu9 account. A temporary exclusion can be set for periods of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months. A permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.
• Reality Checks — Enable periodic pop-up summaries showing your session duration and net gambling result during your current session, helping you make informed decisions about continuing play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pu9 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game or platform function. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a software error are invalid and will be forfeited.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the platform in connection with any proceeds of criminal activity.
• Registering or using the platform on behalf of another person, including acting as an agent for another bettor or managing a third-party account.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language directed at pu9 staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.

pu9 actively monitors platform activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pu9 will act without prior notice. Any decision to close an account or forfeit funds under this section is final, subject only to a formal appeal submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of the decision.

pu9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes registration information (name, mobile number), transaction records, KYC documents, device and usage data, and communication records with support.

All player data is stored on secure servers protected by SSL encryption. pu9 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support, subject to legal retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pu9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or non-financial loss. pu9's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pu9 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. pu9 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during maintenance or due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including network failures, power outages, or force majeure events.

pu9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pu9 will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account (such as SMS to the registered mobile number) and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect on the date they are published unless a later effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the pu9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure. pu9 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
